
We were originally a hospital medical lodge, with many Lodge members having a close personal or professional connection to healthcare, but there is no prerequisite for membership. We work the Emulation Ritual and are proud of our high standard of mentorship so that all feel involved and engaged. We work hard to create a safe, open and encouraging culture.
We strive to be as inclusive as possible, and are open to being contacted by all religions and backgrounds who believe in a single supreme being and may be interested in becoming a Freemason, however, we are especially open to contact from those with close links to Barts Health NHS Trust, Barts & the London School of Medicine and Dentistry and Queen Mary University of London.

1,000 Opportunities for Homeless Londoners Rebuilding Their Lives
A generous grant of £8,000 from London Freemasons will enable Only A Pavement Away to support more individuals in London who are experiencing homelessness move into roles in the hospitality industry. This grant will enable the charity to place 110 candidates into employment and create over 1,000 learning and career development opportunities.
